Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your item.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the rug is clean and unused. Roll it tightly and wrap it in its original protective packaging or an equivalent waterproof plastic wrap to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule Pickup

We will coordinate a courier to collect the package directly from your home at a scheduled time, or you may drop it off at one of our official showrooms.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the item and confirms it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 7 business days.
